Linda Temby

Linda Temby, our principal at Providence Christian Academy, is a dedicated follower of Christ and an innovative, collaborative, and detail-oriented private school leader and instructor.  She brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our school community, with over 15 years of multi-level bilingual education experience in the US and Europe, including seven years at The Bement School in Historic Deerfield, Massachusetts.

Mrs Temby holds a BA in French with a minor in Intercultural Communication from San Diego State University and l'Université d'Aix/Marseille III, and a master's degree in curriculum and training design for experiential learning from The School for International Training (SIT). Her passion extends beyond the classroom, encompassing content creation, student government advising, and back-office administration.

Mrs Temby’s notable achievements include successfully designing and implementing a bilingual Biblical worldview core and co-curricular course for expatriate K-8 learners in Europe, ensuring a holistic education that addresses both academic and spiritual needs. With a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration, she fosters a student-centered environment where each child is valued, supported, and encouraged to reach their fullest potential academically, socially, and spiritually.

We are thrilled to welcome Linda Temby as our new principal, confident in her ability to lead our students towards a Christ-centered and purposeful future. Her diverse background, dedication to student success, and commitment to collaboration make her an exceptional addition to our school community.
