Statement of FAITH
GOD
We believe in the only true God (John 17:3) revealed in the Scriptures as the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19). We believe in the oneness (Deut. 6:4), the trinity (Matthew 3:16-17) and the trinity unified as one God (Matthew 28:19). God is a spirit (John 4:24), infinite and perfect in all His attributes (Psalms 139:1-12), the One that created all things (Rev. 4:11), and keeps all things through the power of His Word (Hebrews 1:3). In Him we live, we move and have our being (Acts 17:28). He is the source, the sustainment and the finality of all things (Romans 11:36).

THE BIBLE
We believe the Bible is the Word of God given to humanity through divine inspiration. No other book or writings posses this distinction. The divine inspiration extends to the whole Scripture, to each word, syllable or letter from the original manuscripts, which determines the infallible and inerrant biblical text. The Bible is the only guide, equally sufficient for faith and life (II Timothy 3:16-17; II Peter 1:21)

JESUS CHRIST
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and God the Son, both true God and man (John 5:20; 1 Timothy 2:5). We believe that Christ exists from eternity. He is not a creation, but the Creator, existing before anything was created (John 1:1-3). There was no time at which He did not exist (John 8:58,24,28). He is the eternal Son of God.
We believe that He is the promised One through the prophecies of the Old Testament, the One symbolized through the sacrifices, the rituals and ceremonies of the Old Testament.
We believe in His birth from the virgin Mary, through the power of the Holy Spirit. He had a body in the likeness of sinful flesh (Romans 8:3), but was without sin (1 Peter 2:22). He was perfect in all ways, holy, without blame, without blemish, separated from sinners (Hebrews 7:26)
We believe that He offered Himself as an atoning sacrifice for our sins (Hebrews 9:14; Romans 3:25; 1 John 2:2; 4:10). The effectiveness and sufficiency of His blood is the essence of the Gospel of grace. He came to erase sin through His sacrifice (Hebrews 7:25-27; 9:26)
We believe in the literal, physical resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead ( 1 Corinthians 15:4; Acts 2:24-32). His resurrection is the assurance and guarantee of our own resurrection (1 Corinthians 15:16-23). We believe that Jesus Christ ascended to heaven in the full glory He possessed before His embodiment. His ascension was made in a transformed, glorified body in which He is now standing at the right hand of God, mediating for us (Acts 1:9; 7:56; Hebrews 8:6)
We believe that Jesus Christ will rapture His church to heaven (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; 1 Corinthians 15:21-52; John 14:1-3)
We believe that His second coming on earth is literal, visible and personal, in the same way He ascended (Acts 1:12;Revelation 1:7; Matthew 24:30). He will come as King of kings and Lord of lords, and will establish a kingdom on earth for 1000 years, time during which Satan will be bound (Revelations 19:11-20:6; Zachariah 14:1-9)
We believe that at the end of those 1000 years Jesus Christ will destroy any evil resistance, He will destroy the current creation and will create a new heaven and a new earth where He will reign together with His chosen ones (Revelations 20:7-21:5; 1 Corinthians 15:24-26; Revelations 22:3-5)

HOLY SPIRIT
We believe in the personality and divinity of the Holy Spirit (John 14:16-17; Romans 8:26-27; Ephesians 4:30). He is one person of the Trinity (Matthew 28:18). He had a role in the creation (Genesis 1:2; Job 33:4), and has a role in people’s lives (John 16:8-17). He convicts the world of its sin; He regenerates and sanctifies (Titus 3:5); He dwells in all true believers (Romans 8:9). He never abandons the Church or even the weakest of all believers; He is permanently present to testify about Jesus Christ (John 14:17)

SATAN
We believe in the real existence of the Devil (Job 1:6,etc.). He is a being which was created, originally holy, then fallen through pride and rebellion against God, and became the enemy of God and man (Ezechiel 28:12-17). He is the one who instigated man into disobedience (Genesis 3:4-5; 2 Corinthians 11:3). He is the ruler of the kingdom of the air (Ephesians 2:2); the accuser of the holy ones (Revelations 12:10); the falsifier of God’s works (Matthew 13:25,38,39). He was restrained at the cross (Colossians 2:15), and is destined in the end to be striped of all his power and to be thrown in the lake of fire (Revelations 20:10).
MAN
We believe that man is the direct and special creation of God (Genesis 1:26-27). Man was created in the image of God, initially innocent, then fallen through disobedience of God’s Word, and became inherently sinful (Genesis 3:6, Romans 5:12). The fall of Adam attracted spiritual death on man (Ephesians 2:1-3) and the eternal damnation upon the rejection of the grace of God through Jesus Christ (John 3:16-18; 1 John 5:12).

We believe that God created the human race male and female, and that these two distinct, complementary genders together reflect the image and nature of God. We believe that God wonderfully and immutably creates each person as either male or female at the time of conception, and that all conduct with the intent to adopt a gender other than the biological gender of one’s birth is immoral and therefore sinful. We further believe that the rejection of one’s biological sex is a rejection of the image of God within that person. Because of this belief, we will refer to all students and faculty with the pronouns associated with their biological gender. We will also require that all students and faculty abide by the dress code established for their biological gender. (Genesis 1:26–27; Deuteronomy 22:5). ​

SIN
We believe that sin is real, and it is any act which contradicts the perfect character of God (1 John 3:4). The total corruption of man through sin is real (Romans 3:9-12), and only being born again can man enter the presence of God (John 3:3-7)

BEING BORN AGAIN
We believe in the necessity and possibility of being born again (John 3:7-16), which is the implantation of a divine nature in man (Jacob 1:18; Titus 3:5) as a response to faith in the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ (John 1:12;Romans 10:9-10). Eternal life is a gift from God, and needs to be accepted in a personal way (Romans 6:23; John 20:28).

SEPARATION
We believe that every believer has to live apart from what is worldly and only for God (1 John 2:15-17). Believers are in the world, but not of the world (1 John 17:14-16). The believer does not have to love this world or conform to it (Romans 12:2).

THE CHURCH
We believe that the church is composed of all those who are born again, and those which are united in the one body of Jesus Christ through the baptizing of the Holy Spirit, thus being limbs to one another (1 Corinthians 12:13; Ephesians 1:22-23). We are responsible for keeping the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace, rising above denominational prejudices and cult bigotry (Ephesians 4:3-6).
CEREMONIES
We believe that Jesus Christ, who is the Head of the church (Colossians 1:18), commanded the believers to fulfill two ceremonies (religious practices), none of them being essential pertaining to salvation, but both of them being a proof of obedience and fellowship with the Lord. These two ceremonies are the baptism and the Lord’s Supper (Communion). Nonbelievers cannot actively partake in these ceremonies.
He sent us to make disciples out of all the nations, ” baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit” (Matthew 28:19). The biblical order is “believe, and be baptized” (Mark 16:16; Acts 16:30-33). The baptism is the immersion in water of a believer as a testimony of his unity with Christ in His death and resurrection. The submersion symbolizes the burial while the emersion symbolizes the resurrection to a new life (Romans 6:3-5). Jesus Christ also established the practice of Communion in which believers commemorate His death and proclaim His second coming (1 Corinthians 11:23-26) by partaking of the two symbolic elements, bread and wine. This practice will be done whenever the church sees fit.
